Warranty Information
Monitors, processors, converters and encoders are covered under a one (1) Year Standard Warranty.Camera products purchased prior to April 1st, 2021 are covered under a one (1) Year Standard Warranty.
Camera products purchased after April 1st, 2021 are covered under a new extended warranty period as follows:
Two (2) Year Standard Warranty on models: CV500-series, CV343~CV368 (except CV355-30X which is 3-year listed below), CV380, CV420-18X, CV420-CS, CV200-series, CV355-10X, CV605, CV610, VS-PTC-200, VS-PTC-IP and all other camera equipment.
Three (3) Year Warranty on models CV355-30X, CV420-30X, CV420e, CV420Ne, CV612, CV620, CV630, CV730.
This warranty is extended to the first consumer only, and proof-of-purchase and/or serial number are required to honor the warranty. If there is no proof-of-purchase and/or serial number provided with a warranty claim, Marshall Electronics reserves the right not to honor the warranty set forth above. Therefore, labor and parts may be charged to the consumer. This warranty does not apply to the product exterior or cosmetics. Misuse, abnormal handling, alterations, damage or modifications in design or construction void this warranty. No sales personnel of the re-seller or any other person is authorized to make any warranties other than those described above, or to extend the duration of any warranties on behalf of Marshall Electronics, beyond the period described above. Due to constant effort to improve products and product features, specifications may change without notice.
